The Do-It-Yourself Paternity DNA Test (DIY) is only for private and for personal knowledge (peace-of-mind). The results of a DIY CAN NOT be used for legal purposes. A NON-LEGAL DNA TEST simply means that the results CAN NOT be used as evidence in a court of law due to the fact that the DNA samples were not collected according to the chain of custody requirements. Therefore, the donors cannot be proven to be the correct persons that the report states they are. It is common for donors to go to a clinic for a NON-LEGAL test, the only difference is that the collector will not document who you are, they will just perform the DNA cheek swab. Our Non-Legal DNA tests are the same standard, quality, and carry the same guarantee. The only difference is the the test results report is not notarized, like it would be in a Legal test. A Non-Legal test cannot be made legally admissible at any future date, even if you were collected at a clinic or mobile collector. If you would prefer to have a Clinical or Mobile Collection for NON-LEGAL test, we can arrange this for you. For a Non-Legal DNA test a male will not need to show an ID and can test a child without the mother’s permission.

1) What is a Do-It-Yourself Paternity DNA test?
With a DIY Paternity DNA test you will do the sampling at home or in your
own private environment and the result will give a comparison of DNA
patterns to determine if an alleged father is the biological father of a child.
2) For what purposes can I use the test and its results?
The test is used to prove paternity between alleged father and child.
The results may only be used for personal knowledge or peace-of-mind.
3) What is included in the DIY Kit?
Swabs (3 pair), instructions, sampling information form, 3x buccal swab
sample envelopes and 1x buccal swab collection envelope.
4) Who can be tested?
1x mother, 1x child and 1x alleged father. You may add more children to the test.
For every additional child there is a extra fee. Please call us for more information.
5) How is the buccal swab sample collected?
The sample collection is very easy. Just follow the instructions supplied with the DIY Kit.
6) Must all samples be collected at the same time?
No this is not necessary as long as all samples are shipped at the same time.
7) How to ship the sample collection kit?
After samples have been collected, call DNA Collection Center to arrange an
appointment for delivery. We will take care of the shipment to our DNA testing laboratory.
8) How long will it take to get results?
It will take approximately 5 - 8 working days to get the results.
10) Where and how are the test results send?
Once the results are ready we will call you for delivery or pick-up.
11) How much does the test cost?
You can buy your test kit at one of our distributer drugstores conveniently located
near you for NAf. 795,-. Price is including O.B. and excluding special offers.
